INTRODUCTION  K2’s Quality Assurance (QA) Processes are designed to be used by developers and testers involved in the actual delivery process. The content of this document is technical and this document can be regarded as a best practise for the QA side of the development process, as such this document encapsulates the ‘how’ of the QA discipline.  This document builds on the principles established in the K2 Quality Assurance Method document on the CoE site, here.  OVERRIDING PRINCIPLES  Note: This section details a bias towards quality. Always adhere to the points below.
