Help building an expression to fill in a data label using K2

I am busy building a form that will serve as a logbook. My problem is, when I add the concat to the front of the if statement, it makes the if statement the first argument of the concat function and I do not know how to add empty cells before the if statement to properly formulate the message. Is it possible, or should I just redo all of the expression and start with the concat function first?
