We're launching the new community!

Our new Community is LIVE! Ok, so it’s finally here...drumroll please...?You can find a link to our brand spanking new community here, make sure to refer your colleagues as well! https://community.company.com/You should see our new community as a one stop shop to answer all of your most pressing needs. Can’t find an answer? Simply post a question on the community! Of course, if you still want to contact our support team you can do so here! Everyone has their own profile on the community, and can vote on ideas and suggestions.  We even have a points leaderboard too, so look out in case your name appears there. We will be giving points to the users who answer the most questions on the community, are the most active and post the most popular requests in the ideation section. New TEAMS and Nintex Forms NOT loading!

We need to know if Nintex will be planning on creating a custom app for TEAMS integration so Nintex Forms for Office 365 can render somehow in TEAMS for our end-users.Since Microsoft switched to new version of TEAMS, external sites will not be able to render the content within a tab. Because of this, the Nintex form does NOT render when someone clicks on the new item button within a sharepoint online list. It's important Nintex functions and operates within the TEAMS environment for our users as it has been since before this change. I have logged a ticket, but wanted to put this out there for others experiencing the same issue and to see if Nintex has a feasible workaround that doesn’t involve our company creating a custom app for TEAMS to support Nintex forms for a sharepoint list.In addition to new item button not working now for users, start event forms typically shared as a website on a teams tab would render - now they do NOT.So we have two issues ongoing here for two different pr

How we can achieve Grouping in Nintex

Publishing Failed - Cannot find process stakeholder role

Hi there, we are doing an upload of bulk processes and when publishing them we are sometimes getting the following message:Both of these roles existI have removed them and reentered them but we are still getting the same message.Does anyone know why this happens?ThanksErin

Error on submit: The form submission was unsuccessful. Please try to submit the form again

On NAC forms we sometimes have users report getting an error on submit: ‘The form submission was unsuccessful. Please try to submit the form again.’ Typically trying again doesn’t resolve the issue, the same error simply displays again.Does anyone know what the rules are around when/why this error displays? I suspect it’s a timeout issue: where a user keeps an authenticated form open without a submit for too long. I could be wrong however. If someone does know however I suspect the solution is to add a ‘Save’ button to a form and have users regularly save.

Using user-groups for beta programsBest practise

We’re always updating our users on new features we launch via the community. It’s such a great way to communicate on a 1-to-many basis with our customers. Additionally, what’s even better is that we have started to launch beta testing groups on our community where we invite a certain number of customers to test new features before we release them.   Not only does this allow us to iron out any bugs before a full roll-out, it also creates a real feeling of collaboration and togetherness between us and our customers. Such a great way to make sure you are building a product that really meets the needs of your end users!
