Rows currently do not let you configure borders, but you can get close:

•  Create text input variants with only a bottom  border and do a field label left.
• The bottom border does not extend under the label though…if that is critical for you can create a wrapper with a bottom border and use a form component for each field.

This is less than ideal so I’m logging this idea in our internal tracking system. We’ll keep you posted when this is implemented.
