We offer three group options:

Public groups
Topic posts, replies, and the list of members are always visible and will appear in the public search and pages like recently active and help others. Any registered user can instantly join a public group.
- Anyone can find the group.

- Anyone can see the group members and content.

- Anyone can join.

Private groups
In private groups, topic posts, replies, and the list of members are not visible. You have to become a member of a group to see any content. Any registered user can request to join a private group, but they have to be approved by an admin to become a member.

- Anyone can find the group.
- Only members can see the group members and content.
- Anyone can request to join. Users have to be approved to become members.

Hidden groups
Content and group members can only be seen by invited members.

- Only members can find the group.

- Only members can see the group members and content.

- Only invited users can join.

Note: Nintex Community administrators will assist you with membership approvals for private and hidden groups. We cannot automatically add multiple users to a Group.
