Product Version: 19.1.1 and below
Components: Kryon Console
Problem: Kryon Console logs out when editing a any trigger.
Prerequisites: Permissions to modify the registry on the Kryon Application Server.
Symptom: Editing a trigger in Kryon Console causes the currently logged in user to be logged out.
Cause: Windows Update causes new time zones to be added which are not supported by Kryon Console. These are Volgograd Standard Time and Qyzylorda Standard Time.

Resolution: There are several solutions depending on your version of Kryon RPA.
Hotfix Method for 19.1.1.x and above only
- Download and extract the updated version of TimeZoneConverter.dll v2.5.1.0 attached to this article.
- Log into your application server using an account with administrative rights.
- Make a backup copy of the existing TimeZoneConverter.dll located in C:Program FilesKryon Application ServerKryon Web Server 64bitConsoleAPIin.
- Replace the original TimeZoneConverter.dll with the updated file.
- Restart the console server by following these steps:
- Press Win+R, type in services.msc and press enter to open Windows Services.
- Restart the Kryon Automation Server – Console Server service.
- Log into the Kryon Application Server using an account with rights to modify the registry.
- Press Win+R, type “regedit” and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
- Navigate to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionTime Zones
- Make a backup of the subkeys Volgograd Standard Time and, if present, Qyzylorda Standard Time.
- Delete the key(s).
- Restart the machine.
Additional Information
Note: This will remove the timezone(s) from Windows.
